Term and Conditions
1.
Membership Fee
The annual membership fee is £75 and the 12 month
period commences from the date of joining. Mew Members can start
placing orders immediately.
2.
Members can place orders for personal use only.
The FORE Trade Price Club is strictly for personal use only
with the exception of buying products for immediate family.
Purchases will be monitored and we reserve the right to
cancel membership if misuse is confirmed.
3.
Payments
Payment of membership fee
The annual membership fee can be paid online OR by calling
Freephone 0800 0926379 and paying by credit / debit card OR
by cheque payable to GMM Ltd and posted to GMM Ltd, 4 Mostyn Street, Llandudno,
N Wales, LL30 2PS.
Payment
for goods
All credit card payments for goods purchased are subject
to a 2.5% charge. This does not apply to payment of the
annual membership fee. Cheques for payment for goods ordered
should be made payable to FORE Trade Price Club and sent to
FTPC, Golf Academy, Yatton Keynell, Chippenham, Wilts, SN14
7BY.
4.
Pricing.
In the event of any goods being offered for sale at an incorrect
price, we reserve the right to withdraw the items from sale,
at any point prior to dispatch. The customer will be contacted
should this situation arise.
5.
Postage and Package
There is a postage and package charge for all items dispatched
and this will be displayed when the order is acknowledged.
6.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 7 working days, beginning
on the day after the goods have been received. If the goods
have already been dispatched they must be returned in an
unused condition. Custom fit and personalised goods cannot
be returned.

Complaints
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about our
site or service, please email us at info@ok-golf.com and
we will endeavour to resolve the situation.
8. Product Warranties
Goods for sale through the FORE Trade Price Club are new
and supplied with the manufacturer’s own warranty.
9. R&A / USGA Conforming Equipment
The FORE Trade Price Club holds no liability with regard
to an item of equipment, purchased by a consumer which currently
conforms to R&A or USGA regulations but may not do so
in the future due to changes to the rules set by the governing
bodies of the game.
